How referrals work
Get in touch
Local authorities and support agencies can contact us about a placement.
We assess & match
We check suitability and availability for the person's needs.
Move in & settle
We welcome the resident and put housing-related support in place.
What to include in a referral
You can refer by email or through the contact page. It helps if you can tell us:
- The person's current situation and housing need
- Any support needs we should know about
- Their benefit status, if known
- Your name, organisation and contact details
We aim to respond to referrals within two working days.
Run properly, for the people who matter most
We work within an established registered supported-housing provider's framework, with trained staff, clear safeguarding and homes kept to standard. Our support is housing-related, helping people live independently, and is never a substitute for regulated care.
- Trained, vetted support staff
- Clear safeguarding and reporting
- Regular property checks
- Respect for privacy and dignity
Need to report a repair?
Email us, or send a message from the contact page, and we'll sort it. In an emergency, such as gas, flood or fire, always call the emergency services first.
